You have questions, we have answers!

All items pictured will have an option to give customization of the item. If no additional customization is offered then select to custom order an item and make note of desired customization. 

Check your order confirmation email for the tracking number. If that does not work, send us an email, tell us what you ordered and your order number and we will respond to you.

Current promotions and discounts can always be applied. For bulk orders over $500.00 USD a 5% discount is applied at check out. 

  1. Review your order to ensure your order matches your description. A common assumption are additions to products being included or free of charge. 
  2. Products are packaged to ensure they do not arrive damaged. They are marked fragile, and I take care in ensuring every item is protected, however things happen. Please send us an email and include a photo of the damaged product and the packaging. 

We will never share your information with any third party. We do not store any of your credid card information (that’s handeled by our payment processor Stips, the best in the business) and we will never share your personal information with anyone else. 

I don’t accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations on custom products.
